Bumper is a direct bolt-on, and mounts to all factory bolt-holes. Fog lights and screen insert sold separately. Installs in factory locations. We supply lower support braces for added strength. 97-98 F-150, F-250 & Expeditions require 1999-03 grille and steel reinforcement upgrade (Reinforcement part# YL3Z17757CAA). The Cobra R Front Bumpers has provisions for fog lights - sold separately. 97-98 models use # 7009 fog lights. 99-03 models use # 7015, 7014 screen kit.
